Quite an interesting book. It's high time all government entities stopped making things illegal and then PERMITTING people to once again exercise their rights--but never fully. We either have rights or we do not. With rights come responsibilities, always. It's always been BigPharma behind the demonization of anything that MIGHT cut into their obscene profits at the expense of their customers' health and financial well-being. This cookbook is organized well (although, I think there could have been a separate section for 'breakfast') with wonderful pictures of each and every recipe. The recipes look absolutely delicious and are every day dishes that most people would enjoy. She is clear and concise in her writing with easy to follow instructions. She also cautions readers to use sound judgement and be responsible in their usage. Although it seems like you need copious amounts of marijuana, the extractions go a long way when preparing the recipes. I would recommend this to anyone interested in cooking with marijuana!
Fun and entertaining writing style. Lots of creative dishes to choose from, the only question is which one will you attempt first.
This is a great book! There is a lot of information for beginners, I'm not very familiar with cooking with cannabis, and this book has been a great tool and guide.
Five stars for this book!
Lots of excellent (and fool proof) recipes for goodies, breakfast, lunch and dinners. Make your butter and oil ahead of time...fix your meal then sit back and relax. The prologue is full of information that everyone should read. The author does a great job of talking to you with a light sense of humor, giving you a clear understanding how to cook with marijuana. I highly recommend this book for both novice and experienced cooks.
P.S. Did I mention that the chicken wings were my favorite?
